Gothenburg, Sweden — 9.11.2025
At Agritechnica 2025, leading technology companies Epec Oy, CPAC Systems AB, in association with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., will present the Cabin Vision concept. A collaborative demonstration that redefines operator experience and system integration in off-highway machinery.
The Cabin Vision concept brings together intelligent computing, advanced safety features, and connected infotainment in one unified environment. Designed to improve ergonomics, visibility, and operator focus, it demonstrates how modern technology can simplify operations, enhance productivity, and prepare vehicles for future automation.
Each partner contributes its own area of expertise:
- Epec provides the control system architecture, electrification, connectivity, functional safety solutions, and high-performance computing platforms forming the foundation of the concept.
- CPAC Systems delivers integrated solutions and advanced high-performance displays that enhance operator experience, uniting infotainment, productivity, and automation in one intelligent system.
- Qualcomm Technologies’ next generation Snapdragon® Cockpit Platform powers the high-performance computing, AI, and connectivity capabilities behind the Cabin Vision’s digital cockpit.
The first example of the Cabin Vision concept has been built into the cabin of a Ponsse forest machine. For Ponsse, the concept illustrates possibilities and provides direction for what could be achievable in the future. Ponsse has a deep expertise in operator ergonomics, machine usability, and user experience design, built on decades of innovation in forestry machinery.
Turning Proven Technology into Operator Advantage
The result of the collaboration is a functional proof of concept showing that advanced operator technology is not a vision of the future, it is ready today.
All core technologies and products showcased in the Cabin Vision concept are already available for OEMs to implement in their own machine systems.
The Cabin Vision concept will be on display at Agritechnica 2025, Hall 17, Epec Booth B09, offering visitors a first-hand experience of what next-generation machine Operator environments can deliver.
